Cured black olives without pits, finely chopped: 4
Stalks celery: 4-6
Package goat cheese: 1 4oz
Scallion, finely chopped: 1
Diced sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped: 1 tablespoon
Salt, pepper and garlic powder: To taste
Take the celery stalks and wash them well under cool water. Then, cut the stalks in half after trimming off the leaves.
Now, take a bowl and put goat cheese, olives, scallions and tomatoes into it. Then, mix all these things with the help of blender.
Take a platter and put the celery stalks on it. Arrange the stalks as you wish in the platter.
