Boost Your Immunity to Beat Endometriosis

Endometriosis is a very painful condition many women experience. It is caused by a group of cells that grow in the pelvic, ovaries, cervix, and even the bladder. The cells grow together and become cysts. They bleed during periods causing intense pain, inflammation, and destroying tissue. Endometriosis causes women to suffer physical and emotional changes and can result in infertility. Most traditional doctors believed that it was part of the normal menstrual cycle and did very little to provide prevention and healing to alleviate the disease.

First thing you can do to beat endometriosis by boosting your immune system is to reduce your food intake of processed foods, foods high in fat, refined carbs, dairy and large amounts of red meat, coffee, soft drinks, and alcohol. All of these foods weaken the immune system causing endometriosis to wreak havoc in your body. Another way to boost your immunity and beat endometriosis is to increase your intake of vitamins and supplements to strengthen and increase your immune system.

Take 1,000-2,000 mg of vitamin C daily in three doses. Take 400-800 IU of vitamin E, and at least 50 mg of B-complex vitamins. Increase your intake of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids found in nuts and fish to reduce the inflammation of endometriosis. Take grape seed extract and garlic capsules to fight the fungus that causes endometriosis. For garlic, take 500 mg three or four times a day for 6 to 8 weeks. Probiotic supplements can be taken to help eliminate the growth of candida by boosting your immune system. Eliminating the fungus, Candida, will help boost your immunity and fight off the growth of cells that group together and cause endometriosis. Unfortunately, most women are left to just deal with endometriosis and are not informed of other methods to treat the painful disease. However, beating endometriosis can be done using natural treatments as an alternative to surgery.
