Employment Training Letter

There are certain companies which require training sessions from the newly hired employees so that the individuals get to know the basic responsibilities of their job. The training periods are basically the time given to the hired employee so that he gets used to his duties before he starts his work.

This helps the individuals in learning about the company also and the manner in which they operate. A basic Employment Training Letter states that the applicant has been hired but will require training for a specified time period. It also mentions the time period of the training session and the salary he will be offered during and after the period. The letter should be written in simple words so that the applicant has no confusions regarding the duties he has to fulfil.

    With reference to your interview conducted by Garner Industries Limited, we would like to inform you that you have been selected for the post of Management Trainee in our organization. The Human Resource Department received a host of applications for the vacancy and were then able to narrow down a list of candidates for the Training sessions.

    The company requires you to attend the training sessions started from August 20, 2012, at the organization’s training centre. It will be a two-month program which will highlight you with the major responsibilities and objectives required. You will also be briefed regarding the main tasks and duties which will be assigned to you in the near future.

    Garner Industries Limited will pay you $1,500 during training and your performance will be evaluated once the training program ends. The salary will be decided in accordance with your performance in the two-month training session.
