The most important thing that you need to know is that you require proper hiking boots and socks to avoid the blisters. If any of these items is missing, you could easily invite the blisters to come to your shoes.

    Don't ever go to hiking without breaking in the new pair of hiking shoes. Even if you have bought the fabric hiking boots, they should be stretched out and broken in.
