How to Delete MSN Group Storage
One of the most convenient ways of sharing photos and images with contacts in MSN is to use MSN Group Storage; 3 MB storage space which is allowed to each member of the group. However, members run out of storage space very often.
In such a situation, it becomes imperative to either purchase additional storage space from MSN or to delete the old pictures. The latter option works best for most people who use MSN group storage. Freeing up space in MSN group storage is a very easy task and does not involve any technicalities.

Sign in to the MSN storage group using the MSN ID and password to your MSN account. Click the link which corresponds to the group which contains the photo album from which you want to free up space.

On the left hand side on the screen, you will see the MSN toolbar. Click the button labelled ‘Pictures’ from that toolbar. You have to scroll down the page before the ‘Pictures’ options becomes visible.

After you have chosen ‘Pictures’, a storage indicator will be displayed on the screen. This is where you will be able to find information on the amount of storage space you have used up and the amount if storage space still available. Observe the storage indicator carefully in order to determine the number of pictures that you may have to delete from the pictures album.

On the same page, links to photo albums from all the members in the group would be listed. You can only make changes to the albums that you had created. Scroll through the pages until you see the link to your album.

At this point, you have two options: delete the entire album or delete only certain pictures in the album. Of course former of the two options is much easier. If you plan to delete the entire album, simply click the button labelled ‘Delete’ on the far right side of the screen. If you choose latter of the two options, move on to the next step.

Click on the album’s thumbnail image to open it. On the album toolbar, you will see an option labelled ‘Delete Photos’. Click that option.

Select all the pictures you wish to delete by clicking their thumbnail images. Finally, click the ‘Delete’ button and the pictures you had selected would be deleted from the album.
