Soak hands and feet in milk
One instant remedy is to soak your hands and feet in a bowl of milk. Heat the milk in a bowl until it is warm (not boiling), and soak your hands and feet in it for about five minutes. You will see a major difference as your skin will become soft and silky in an instant.
Rub with lemon juice
You can use lemon juice on your hands and feet. Cut a lemon in half, and rub the cut part on your hands and feet slowly. This process will wipe away the dirt on your hands and feet, and will make the skin softer. For better results, you can use some salt with the lemon juice.
This is probably one of the best ways to get smooth and silky skin. You can exfoliate the skin on your hands and feet by applying a mixture of sugar, olive oil and peppermint oil for a few minutes. Once the mixture starts to dry a bit, start rubbing it over your skin to remove dirt and dead skin cells. After scrubbing, wash your hands and feet, and apply a moisturizer for optimum results.
