Mental illness is not something that should be taken lightly. It is a very serious condition and can include serious anxiety and mood swings to several habitual changes in your life. The scariest thing about mental illness is that it comes very quietly and you are usually unaware of its presence. People usually think that mental illness is very rare and an uncommon thing but this is not true. Many people around us are suffering from this kind of illnesses but they are unaware and unwilling to accept it because accepting that you have mental disorder isn’t an easy thing.
