How to Make a Hot Yuzu Bath

This bath is highly recommended to be done in winters but there is no harm to have it in summers as well. All you need for a yuzu bath is some hot water, a tub and 8-9 yuzus. The number of yuzu fruits required is directly proportional to the size of tub you will be taking the bath in. The bigger the tub the more yuzus you will need.  Yuzu is a citrus fruit and is known to have a very strong fragrance.

    In order to prepare a hot yuzu bath take a few yuzus and then allow them to float in a tub of hot water. If you want you can also simply place them together in a bag and then put the bag in the tub. Yuzus are known to help in curing diseases like cold and flu. The aroma will help to relax your mind and your body will feel fresh as it also helps to soften your skin since yuzu oil is highly beneficial for your skin.

    You have to ensure that you place yuzus in hot water because hot water helps to bring out the refreshing aroma of yuzus. Once you feel that the aroma is vanishing then you can simply keep a knife with you near your tub.

    By cutting the yuzus into half and pressing them, you will get its refreshing juice. In this way its juice being incorporated in the hot water will come in direct contact with your skin, hence helping in making your skin soft, refreshing and beautiful.

    Yuzu is also known to help cure itching and skin irritation problems. It is recommended that you spend at least 30 minutes with your eyes closed in the water tub.
