How to Make Yogurt Hair Conditioner

Yogurt is one of the best natural moisturizers available for your hair. Once applied it brings along a sensation of coolness to the hair. There are many yogurt based conditioners which you can make at home. In this article, we will reveal recipe which is absolutely edible and completely moisturizing for your hair.  It is basically a combination of two types of yogurts and some really healthy hair oils.

Things Required:

– ¾ Cup Coconut Yogurt
– ¾ Cup Almond Yogurt
– 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
– 3 teaspoons of extra vegetable glycerine
– 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
– 1 teaspoon of castor oil
– Half a teaspoon of Vitamin E oil
– Medium sized glass bowl
– Plastic Spatula
– 2 Measuring Cups
– Hand Beater

    Take a medium sized glass bowl and clean it properly.

    Take a measuring cup and fill the third fourth of it with almond yogurt. Now pour this yogurt into the bowl with the help of a spatula. Using another measuring cup, add the coconut yogurt inside the glass bowl.

    The next ingredient to be added is the extra virgin olive oil. This ingredient is crucial to the recipe because it will help sustain the moisture on the skin. Then add the extra vegetable glycerine, which is used to draw moisture to the hair, followed by the introduction of the coconut oil.

    Take one teaspoon of castor oil and add it to the mix. This oil will add a creamy texture to the conditioner by helping the ingredients to combine well. The last ingredient is the vitamin E oil.

    Now get hold of a hand beater and mix the solution together till you achieve a good consistency – nearly the same consistency which you want to achieve while making pancakes.
