Change your Brushing Style

Use Baking Soda
Mix up some water and baking soda until it forms a thick but smooth paste. Dip your clean fingertip into the paste and gently rub it along your gum line for few seconds. Rinse off with lukewarm water at the end. It helps in slowing down the growth of the bacteria.

Tea tree oil
Tree tea oil is one of the best natural remedies to deal with Gum Recession. You can use it in the given ways:
Rinse: Once you rinse your daily toothpaste, apply few drops of tee tree oil and brush your teeth with it for 10 to 15 seconds. Rinse off with cold water.
Dab your teeth: Dip a clean cotton ball into the tea tree oil and dab it all around your gum line. Leave it for few seconds and rinse off with water.
