Raisin Bran Muffins Recipe is very easy to make. The tenderness of muffins are awesome itself while raisin bran will make it more of a delightful treat in the mornings. Raisin bran cereal: 1 package (15 ounces)
All-purpose flour: 5 cups
Sugar: 3 cups
Baking soda: 5 teaspoons
Salt: 2 teaspoons
Eggs, beaten: 4
Buttermilk: 4 cups
Vegetable oil: 1 cup
Wash all the spoons, bowls and saucepan before making Raisin Bran Muffins.
Take a large bowl and set aside. Now open the bran raisin pack and empty it in the bowl. Be sure that all the bran raisin empties in the bowl.
Put bran raisin in a large bowl with flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Stir the mixture and prepare a fine slight solid shape.
Put the eggs and buttermilk in the mixture and stir together the mixture. As the mixture gets little hard, put small amount of oil in it to moisten. Whisk again and set aside for little time.
Now put the mixture into cups and start baking. Before baking the muffins, be sure that the oven is preheated at 400° for 12-16 minutes.
That will give perfect amount of temperature for baking. Also be sure that the cups are lined with some amount of oil before you put muffins in it.
It will take about 20 more minutes in the oven before your Raisin Bran Muffins will be ready.
