In order to make spicy grilled tofu with green onions, drain the tofu and squeeze them afterwards with your hands as much as you can. Then, mix the chili powder and green onions. After that, add olive oil and mix again. Place the tofu pieces on the grill for around four minutes and spray cooking oil. Pour the green onion sauce on the tofu and serve them.
To make the boiled tofu with gingered soy sauce, you have to boil water in a pot. Then, put the tofu pieces in the water and turn the stove on low heat. Cover the pot and cook for around ten minutes. After that, pour it in a plate and place it aside to cool down. Now, make the sauce by mixing ginger, parsley, soy sauce, green pepper and water. In the end, pour the sauce on the tofu pieces and garnish some parsley again before serving.
To make the curried tofu, take the pan and pour some cooking oil in it. Then, cook the onions in the pan and add the green pepper while stirring gently. Now, add the tofu pieces and put the curry powder along with salt and pepper. Cover the pan for around ten minutes and serve your tofu with rice.
