White Chocolate Popcorn Recipe

Sometimes you really feel the need of eating something sweet, but don’t have time to make it. Most of the things consume a lot of time, so one decides not to eat anything at the end of the day.

However, there are a few things, which can be made in a few minutes and they are really delicious to eat. One of these things is the white chocolate popcorn, which you can eat while watching television, playing a game or even when relaxing.

It has a simple recipe and does not consume much time as well. You don’t need to bake anything, which is the best part while making the white chocolate popcorn.

– 1 ½ cups of sugar
– 1/3 a cup of glucose
– 2/3 a cup of water
– 1/3 a cup of molasses
– 3 tablespoonfuls of butter
– 3 squares of premium chocolate
– 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
– About 4 quarts of popcorn, salted if desired

    Add sugar and glucose to water

    First step is to pour some water in a saucepan and add sugar to it. Stir until it is completely dissolved and then add glucose to the mixture.

    Boil the water for three to four minutes

    Next thing is to cover the saucepan and put it over a stove. You need to boil it for a few minutes and then remove the cover. There is no need to stir this mixture until you add more ingredients to it.

    Add molasses and butter to water

    Now, add the butter and molasses to the water and stir until you get a brittle mixture. There is no need to heat this combination and allow it to get colder.

    Melt the chocolate

    As the brittle mixture cools down, you can melt the chocolate to pour over it. It can be done by different ways, but the easiest one is to place it in a microwave oven for a few minutes.

    Add vanilla to the chocolate

    Just to add better taste to the product, add vanilla to the chocolate and mix both the products.

    Pour chocolate over the other mixture

    Next thing is to combine both the mixtures you have made and pour them over the popcorns.

    Using your hands, you can shape the chocolate covered popcorns into balls and allow them to cool down in order to get your desired product.
