Prepare the pasta first. It could be any variety of your choice like fusilli. Boil it in slightly salted water until you are sure it has gone tender but is still firm to the touch. Take help from the packet instructions. Drain the water and put the pasta in a large bowl. Pour the vinaigrette over it while the pasta is still hot and toss together well. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper according to your preference. Set aside the pasta for use in later parts of the recipe.
Now prepare the vegetables. Slice up the red, yellow and green pepper thinly. Do the same with the red onion. Thinly slice the salami. Use a good quality salami for the recipe. Add all this to the pasta followed by the 100g rocket. Toss together well so that the vegetables are evenly distributed. Serve any way you want because it always tastes best.
