    Cardio exercises

    If you are an obese person and find it difficult to run, start off with walking. Remember do not push your body on the first day. Start off with walking and once your body gets accustomed to exercise, start running. Running is one of the most favourable cardio exercises as it increases the fat burning process. There is definitely no substitute to running. But you can also try different exercises that set your heartbeat racing.

    Crunches

    Crunches is an ideal exercise for losing the flab on the waist but, if you have ever tried doing these before, you would know that they are not that easy. There are different ways to do stomach crunches, depending upon the intensity. If you are a starter, do the normal crunches in which you just have to lay down on your back and raise your upper body and touch your toes. Repeat this as many times as you can till you your belly muscles get accustomed to the strain and you develop a good fluid posture. Gradually you can increase the intensity by doing inclined crunches.

    Avoid fatty foods

    Do not eat fatty stuff especially fast food. Eat healthy and include a lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet. You can take protein in the form of meat every now and then. In that also, try and avoid red meat.
