First of all, take a large mixing bowl and pour the water in it. Make sure the water is warm (around 110 degrees Fahrenheit). Then, add 1 packet of yeast in the water and stir it with spatula gradually. After that, add the sugar and mix it for around 5 minutes (until you see foam).
Now, add the flour and semolina flour. Mix all the ingredients well and then add vegetable oil and salt. Keep stirring the mixture. Use your hand to mix all the ingredients well with each other. You will see lumps of flour or yeast. Now add the remaining flour slowly and keep mixing the ingredients with your hand until it become like a cohesive ball.
After that, place the dough on a floured-surface and knead it until it gets smooth and a little sticky. Please note that the kneading process will take around 3 to 5 minutes.
Take a large bowl and rub some oil on it. Now, put the dough in the bowl and wrap it with the plastic sheet. Keep it in a warm place for a while.
Preheat the oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit (240 degrees Centigrade). Take the deep-dish pizza pan and spray some oil on it. Put the dough ball on the dish and stretch it to the corners evenly. Place the cheese on the dough and put the tomato sauce. Add the pizza topping of your choice and bake it in the oven for around half an hour.
Take it out and place it aside for a while. Serve it with cold drinks.
