How to Make an Omelette with Bacon and Cheese

Omelette is a quick dish yet full of nutritions that is made from eggs and is normally served in breakfasts. It has got many variations depending upon the ingredients used in it. It is high in vitamins and proteins and when mixed with different ingredients its nutritive value is enhanced. One such variation is a cheese omelette with bacon which is full of nutrition.  It can be served with either baked bread or salad or both. Also many of us want a fluffy omelette and that can be made if it is whipped for a longer time. So have a flavorsome delight of breakfast with the cheesy bacon omelette recipe served with baked bread.

Preparation Time: 5 to 7 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 Person

– ¼ cup tablespoon Olive Oil
– Bacon Slices (shredded)
– 1 onion (finely chopped)
– Salt- To taste
– Black Pepper (Grounded)-To taste
– 1 egg (Whisked)
– 1 tablespoon Chesse(Grated)
– 2 tablespoon Parsley
– 4 Mushrooms (finely shredded)
– Garlic (finely chopped)
– 4 slices of baked bread

    Heat oil in a pan and add shredded bacon and chopped onion and cook until it gets crisp.Take it out in a bowl.

    Add black pepper, parsley, cheese, salt, sliced mushrooms and the rest of the chopped onion in a bowl with bacon.

    Beat the egg in a separate bowl and whisk well.

    Mix together all the ingredients.

    Now again add  some oil in a pan and let it heat for sometime.

    Add chopped garlic and saute until it get golden brown.

    Now quickly and carefully add all the mixture in the frying pan and keep on flipping the egg. Make sure that the mixture covers the entire pan and don’t forget to fry on low heat.

    Take it out to a platter and serve with baked bread.
