How to Make London Fog Tea

London fog tea has grabbed attention since it has been added to Starbucks Corporation’s menu, a global coffee company and a coffee house chain located in Seattle, Washington.

This specialty tea is made from earl grey tea, which is a special kind of brew containing black tea and bergamot flavouring. You can bring variations to London Fog tea by adding flavoured syrups, such as the vanilla syrup, in it.

In fact, Starbucks Corporation uses vanilla syrup to make their London fog tea.

You can also make this amazing tea latte at home by using few simple ingredients, a domestic espresso machine and steamer.

Make sure that you use the amount of earl grey tea accurately and cook it to just the right temperature, because if it is over cooked, the taste will become bitter and will not be worthy of drinking.

This simple recipe makes one drink but you can always increase the amount of ingredients according to the requirement.

London fog tea is best served with some cookies or biscuits.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Yield: 1

Ingredients:
Earl grey tea: 8 ounces

Boiling water: 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • 4

    Serve the tea

Your hot and frothy earl grey tea latte is all set. You can consume it directly or serve it with your favourite cookies, biscuits or snacks.
