Sour cream blueberry pie is one of the most delicious cuisines. It is a wonderful blend of sugar, flour, vanilla, cream, blueberries and butter. It is not very hard to make and takes very less time as compared to other pie recipes.
Ingredients
  • Unbaked pie crust: 1
  • Sugar: ¾ cup
  • Flour: 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Egg: 1
  • Vanilla: 1½ teaspoons
  • Flour: 2 tablespoons
  • Sour cream: 1 cup
  • Salt: ¼ teaspoon
  • Blueberries (fresh or frozen): 2½ cups
  • Butter: 1½ tablespoons
  • Finely chopped pecans: 3 tablespoons
Instructions
  1. First of all, take a large bowl. Put sugar and flour in the bowl and mix them well. Then, add egg, vanilla, sour cream and salt into the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well with the help of beater.
  2. Now, fold in the blueberries and add the pie crust to it.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit and place the mixture in it. Bake it for around 25 minutes. You may have to adjust the temperature of the oven according to the need. In addition, you must keep an eye on the pie so that it may not get over-baked.
  4. When the pie becomes brown, take it out of the oven and place it aside for a while so that it may get cool down. Then, you can start to combine the ingredients which you are going to use for the topping.
  5. Make sure that all the ingredients have blended well and pour the topping on the pie. After that, place the pie again in the oven for a while and bake it for around ten more minutes.
  6. Take the pie out and keep it aside once again for a while. Then place it in the refrigerator to chill.
  7. Serve it along with any drink and enjoy.
