Strawberries and Champagne cream is a very popular dessert that not only tastes great but is a good way to impress your guests. The flavours of both strawberries and champagne complement each other to a large extent and the end result is brilliant. This dessert is extremely easy to make with the minimum number of ingredients and can be served right after dinner or tea. Here is a simple way to make this heavenly treat.
Whipping cream - 1 packet
Champagne extract - 1 teaspoon
Fresh strawberries - 1 pound
To wash or clean the strawberries, place all of them in a bowl.
Add cold water until it is full.
Add about two drops of fruit and vegetable wash in the bowl and stir the liquid so that it mixes with the water.
Next, strain the strawberries and rinse them. Leave the strawberries in the strainer for later use.
In a large mixing bowl, add the whipping cream and beat it with the help of an electric mixer. Start with the mixer on slow and gradually increase the speed.
Then add the champagne extract and beat the mixture again.
When the mixture starts to get stiff, stop mixing and place the bowl in the refrigerator.
Place all the strawberries on a cutting board and remove the leaves one by one.
Push the knife on the top of each strawberry and cut the leaves as they can alter the taste of the dessert.
When you are done with the leaves cut the strawberries into small pieces.
First, cut them into half and then into quarter pieces.
Place all the small pieces in one dish.
Get the whipped cream out of the refrigerator and add it to the number of bowls required.
Place equal amount of strawberries on top of the cream in each bowl and serve immediately as it tastes delicious when cold.
