Melting Chocolate in a Double Boiler:
First of all, you need to take a double boiler and fill its bottom section with water and place it on stove.
Then start boiling it on medium heat and wait until the water comes to the point of rolling boil.
After that, put chocolate morsels in the top or upper section of the boiler.
Make sure you do not fill the section more than half with chocolate morsels and now put it on the top of boiling water.
Then continue shaking or stirring it constantly until it becomes smooth. Now remove it from the stove and use as desired.
Melting chocolate morsels by using Microwave Oven:
At first, you should put chocolate morsels in a microwave-safe bowl. Make sure that at least two inches space is left from the top of the bowl.
Now put it into the microwave on average heat for almost one minute. Then remove it from the heat and stir it. Then put it again and repeat the process.
When you see chocolate morsels are half melted, reduce the melting time to 30 seconds and continue shaking with regular intervals until it becomes smooth.
Now remove it from the oven and use as per your requirement.
