Take a medium sized saucepan and pour water in it and then bring it to boil. When the water is boiled, add 3 fresh ripe peaches to it and blanch them for about 30 seconds.
When the peaches turn pale after 30 seconds, drain them and move to a medium sized bowl. Now cover the peaches with cold water and allow them to cool down. After peaches become cool, drain them and then peel and slice.
Then, in a medium sized bowl, mix 800g blackberries, 3-4 tablespoons honey, 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom, 375g hulled and sliced strawberries with peaches. Toss all these ingredients together and then place the bowl in the refrigerator and keep it in until it is ready to be served.
