    Toast and Jam

    One of the simplest sweet breakfasts one can make is take toasts and fill them with jam. Serve with milk and orange juice.

    Sour Cream Coffee Cake

    Prep time: 15 min
    Cook time: 1 hour
    Total time: 1 hour and 15 min
    Yield: 1 cake
    Utensils: Bowl, tube pan

    Ingredients:
    Yellow cake mix or 1 package butter recipe cake mix: 1 package
    Instant vanilla pudding: 1 package
    Eggs: 4
    Oil: ½ cup
    Sour cream: 1 cup

    For Topping:
    Mini chocolate chip: ½ to 1 cup
    Chopped walnuts: ½ to 1 cup
    Brown sugar: ¼ to ½ cup
    Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon

    First you need to mix all the batter ingredients in a bowl. Then mix the topping ingredients in another bowl. Next pour half ingredients in a tube pan and add ½ of the topping. Pour the remaining half in similar way. In the end bake it for 1 hour at 350 degrees in an oven.

    Total time: 1 hour and 5 min
    Yield: 1 whole bread
    Utensils: Bowl, pan

    Ingredients:
    Sugar: 1 cup
    Butter: ½ cup
    Ripe medium bananas: 3
    Eggs, well beaten: 2 large
    Lemon juice: ½ tablespoon
    Flour: ¾ cup
    Baking soda: 1 teaspoon

    First you need to preheat the oven at 350 butter loaf pan. First add cream sugar and butter until light. Then add bananas, eggs and lemon juice in the bowl. Next separate the dry ingredients and fold the banana mixture. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 50 minutes.
