Take a medium clean bowl and pour in ¾ cup of the olive oil or vegetable oil.
Top the oil with 1 teaspoon of tarragon, 1 tablespoon of chives, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of mustard, few drops of Tabasco sauce and 1 tablespoon f dill weeds. Season the ingredients with 2 teaspoons of Beau Monde and a pinch of salt.
Hold the bowl with one hand and use the other hand to whisk the ingredients vigorously until smooth. You can use either a fork or a whisk for mixing the ingredients.
Sprinkle the Vinaigrette Salad Dressing with some finely chopped parsley or coriander and give it a slight stir.
Arrange the fresh lettuce leave on medium plate and set the bowl of the Vinaigrette Salad Dressing in the center. Serve and enjoy!
