The chocolate glazed brownies are one among the super delicious and chocolate rich Halloween treats. These fudgy and clammy dessert squares are not only rich in chocolate flavors but low in fats as well. Chocolate Glazed Brownies are ideal choice for get-togethers and parties o great occasions like Halloween.
Ingredients
  • Butter – ⅓ cup
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Egg whites – 3
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • All-purpose flour – ⅔ cup
  • Baking cocoa – ½ cup
  • Baking powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Chocolate Glaze’s Ingredients:
  • Confectioner’s sugar – ⅔ cup
  • Baking soda – 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract – ¼ teaspoon
  • Hot water – 4 teaspoons
  • Halloween candy sprinklers
Instructions
  1. Pick a large glass bowl and add ⅓ cup of softened butter and 1 cup of sugar into it.
  2. Beat these two ingredients with a whisk until the sugar dissolves and forms a fluffy mixture.
  3. Take another medium bowl and crack the three large eggs into it.
  4. Separate the yellow portions of the eggs (yolk) and shift them into another bowl.
  5. Now, beat the white portions of the eggs until foamy and pour it into the bowl with the butter-sugar mixture.
  6. Cover the bowl containing the egg yolks and place in refrigerator for any other use.
  7. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and continue beating until all ingredients incorporate properly.
  8. Add in -2/3 cup of all-purpose flour, ½ cup of baking cocoa, ½ teaspoon of baking powder and ¼ teaspoon of salt.
  9. Now, thoroughly mix up all the ingredients together, blending vigorously.
  10. Coat a large non-sticking square baking pan with some cooking spray and transfer the bowl’s mixture into it.
  11. Spread the mixture on the surface of baking pan, using a flat steel spatula.
  12. Set your oven at 350 degree, place the baking pan in it and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  13. Insert a clean toothpick into the brownie once lightly brown and check.
  14. It the inserted toothpick comes out clean, it means that your brownie is ready.
  15. If comes out with some brownie sticked to it, then bake it for more minutes.
  16. Remove the baking pan from oven, wearing thick gloves, and set it on wire rack to cook.
  17. Until then, you can use the available time to make the glaze.
  18. So, take a small mixing bowl and add ⅔ cup of confectioners' sugar, 2 tablespoons of baking cocoa, ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract and 3 to 4 teaspoons of hot water into it.
  19. Pick a whisk or fork and blend the ingredients for few seconds or until you get the desired consistency.
  20. Now, carefully spread the glaze over the brownie and level the surface.
  21. Scatter some colorful candy sprinkles over the moist surface of brownie, if you like.
  22. Grab a cake knife and cut the brownie into medium squares. Enjoy!
