Take a few minutes and wash or clean the work surface that you will be using to prepare this fine cocktail recipe. Be sure to also wash hands, utensils, glasses and other items that will be used to put this drink together. Always keep your kitchen clean when preparing any type of food or beverages.
Take a large bowl or a jug. Place chilled guava nectar, white rum, ripe pineapple and two cups of fresh passion fruit pulp in it. Do not forget to remove the core of the pineapple. If you want your cocktail to be slightly light then limit the amount of run that you use in this recipe. This will not impact the overall taste or flavour of this cocktail.
Cover the jug or bowl properly and place in the fridge until chilled. Be sure to put the jug or bowl somewhere safe so that it does not move or fall when you repeatedly open the refrigerator door.
Meanwhile, take a mortar and place the half cup of fresh mint leaves in it. Take a pestle and pound the mint leaves until properly crushed. Be sure to not use too many mint leaves as this will make your cocktail a little strong in flavour.
Take out the guava mixture from the refrigerator and add the mint, ginger ale, mineral water and lime to it. Now stir the mixture and mix all of the ingredients thoroughly. You will want a smooth texture so be sure to check the consistency of the mixture while stirring.
Distribute among the serving glasses and serve immediately. You can use any type of glasses that you feel like or are convenient for you. Your friends will definitely love this cocktail.
