You need to have the following things with you as visa application prerequisites:
a) Valid passport for at least six months,
b) Visa Fee as prescribed by the Burma Embassy in London,
c) Bank Statement clearly showing that you can bear the expenses of your trip for at least three months in Burma,
d) Two recent Passport size photographs.
Visa Application fee for the single entry tourist visit visa is £14.00. You are advised to submit your application and visa fee by Postal Order made payable to the name of the “Myanmar Embassy in London”. You can also submit your fee in person. Visa section of the Embassy starts its working from the 10:00 to 13:00 from Monday to Friday.

Submission of Applications
Applications can be submitted in person or by postal service. You can submit application in the visa section of the Burma embassy in London. You can lodge your application between 10:00 to 13:00 in weekdays. In case you want to submit your application by post, you need to send it using registered post only because Burma Embassy will not take responsibility of the loss of documents. You also need to send prepaid, self-addressed, stamped return envelope with your application.
All application will be process from five to 10 working days after receipt of application form and required documents.
Collection of Visa
You can collect your visa form the Visa section of the Burma Embassy in London from 10:00 to 13:00 in weekdays. However, if you send your application by postal service, your visa will be returned to you by post on your given address.
