    A window will open on your screen with the title Prevent Users from Uninstalling applications from Start. Drag your cursor on the upper left side of the window and click on the Enabled button and then click on the Next Setting tab.

    Now you will have to update the policy in order to take an effect on your computer. This can be done by opening the Run box; press Windows + R. In front of Open type gpupdate /force and click Ok.
