Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: Serves 2 persons
Utensils: Saucepan, whisk, cocktail serving glasses, tablespoon

Ingredients:

– 375ml milk
– 100g Nutella hazelnut spread
– 90ml Frangelico liqueur
– Whipped cream (for garnishing)
– Chocolate shavings (for garnishing)

Instructions

  • 1

Place a saucepan on the stove, and pour in the milk and the Nutella hazelnut spread. Cook both ingredients on medium heat, stirring them continuously with a whisk in order to combine the two. Allow the mixture to stay on the heat for around three minutes, and make sure you keep whisking it all this while.

When the mixture of the milk and Nutella hazelnut spread becomes smooth, and develops a creamy and thick consistency, take the saucepan off the heat, and put it aside. Now, take two beautiful cocktail serving glasses, which are oblong in shape, and line them up side by side on a cleared counter space.

Pour an equal amount of Frangelico liqueur into both glasses, making sure you keep the quantity moderate. You can add this in by using your own judgment – however, if you require accurate measurements, fill the glasses a quarter of the way with liqueur.

Now, pour the hot mixture of Nutella hazelnut spread and milk into the glasses – make sure you divide the mixture evenly between the two, keeping the portions equal. However, you do not need to fill the glasses to the brim simply because you want to use up all the mixture – make sure you leave some room at the top of the glass for garnishing.

Finally, use a spoon to add a generous dollop of whipped cream to the top of each drink, and sprinkle on some chocolate shavings as a finishing touch.
