Cape Town fish market got its start as a fish retail store plus a restaurant added to it in 1997 in Cape Town, South Africa. The owner, Douw Krugmann, then expanded this idea of seafood retail store along with a restaurant to the vibrant city of London. A combination of fish market and the restaurant gives the customers an option to order dine-in from a vast menu, or purchase seafood which can be taken home for cooking. The menu comprises Japanese cuisine, South African cuisine and chicken, steaks and salads. Wine lovers can’t resist the temptation of enjoying variety of Cape town’s wines available in the fish market. The décor and pictures taken from Cape Town’s museums reminisce the historical days of fishing harbor of the city. The downstairs area which can house up to 90 guests at a time is an excellent place to hold parties, events or corporate get-togethers.
