What to expect of Dial-A-Ride
Dial-A-Ride would assign a vehicle that suits your physical requirements. This can be a black taxi, a minibus or a people carrier styled car. The drivers help and provide assistance when getting on or off the vehicle.
Dial-A-Ride is usually busy, especially in late mornings, and therefore at times it is not possible for them to cater to every request. Sometimes they can only accommodate one side of the journey; either an outbound trip or a return trip.
