This is in reference to your application for the post of Quality Control Manager in our company, Best Beverages Limited. I have to inform you with regret that your qualification and skills do not meet the expectations and the requirements of our Human Resource Department.

The company wants to clear it out that the rejection does not mean that you are not capable for this post. However, there were some other candidates who were better qualified and have more experience in the field than you have. It was a very difficult decision for us to make.

Finally, we were able to select an applicant who matched our requirements and was perfect for the post we offered.

Best Beverages Limited thanks you for the interest you showed and the time you allotted for the interview.

Wishing you all the best for your future.

    Yours sincerely,
