Glass container

4 tablespoons of sweet almond oil

1 tablespoon of avocado oil

1 tea spoon of wheat germ oil

1/2 tea spoon of lecithin

Small sauce pan

Plastic shower cap

Shampoo and conditioner

    Take the glass container, and add sweet almond oil, avocado oil, wheat germ oil and lecithin in it. Whisk together all the ingredients properly. After all the ingredients are gelled together, add 10 drops of lavender essential oil and 10 drops of rosemary essential oil. Stir together the ingredients gently until they are properly mixed.

    Place the glass container, containing the oil mixture, in a small saucepan. Add a small amount of water in the saucepan. Now place the saucepan over medium heat, and heat it until the ingredients inside the glass container are warm. Do not try to overheat the oil, as it will eventually destroy all the healing qualities of your oil.
