How to Make Carnitas Burritos

Utensils: Cups, saucepan, spoons, frying pan, skillet, bowls and plates.

Garlic cloves, peeled and minced: 2
onion, peeled and chopped finely: 1 small
Salt: 3 tsp
Beef butts, cut into 1-inch cubes: 2 lbs
Canola oil: 2 tbsp
Avocados – pitted, flesh scooped out: 2 large
Cumin (optional): 1/2 teaspoon
Jalapeño chillies – stemmed, seeded and minced: 1
Chicken broths: 3 cups

    First of all, take a large skillet and put chicken stock, oil, salt and meat into it. Cook all the ingredients on medium heat flame on the stove. You have to cook the ingredients until all the liquid evaporates from the skillet.

    Then, remove the skillet from the stove and place the meat on the cutting board. Cut the meat into strips.

    Meanwhile, you have to prepare the burritos for your dish. Take a large bowl and put the avocado, lime juice, salt, onion, garlic, cumin or jalapeno in it. Mix all the ingredients well with the help of a fork. You have to stir all the ingredients until they turn into a sauce. You can add more salt if you feel the need of it.

    Pour a little lime juice on the batter and keep it aside. You have to heat the tortilla for around 20 seconds in a microwave on high temperature.

    After that, put the tortilla in a large plate and add the mixture into it. Now, you have to fold the edges of the tortilla over the mixture in such a way that it looks like a roll. Repeat the same process with all the tortillas.
