The best and quickest method to track your passport application is online. The IPS recommends that you wait atleast 2 weeks before checking your status because a passport takes at least 14 days to process. You will need to enter your bar code number here which is a 10 digit code on the front of your passport application form. If you hand delivered or mailed the application it is on the receipt.
a) Click Here to go tot he request form online.
b) Fill out form and make sure that the bar code is correct.
