If you will be travelling by Tube, the closest Tube Station is London Bridge. You can use the Jubilee line or the Northern line's Bank branch. Visiting by Tube can be a good option as it is reasonably priced and you can also stop at other placed either before or after visiting City Hall.
If you don’t want to take the train or don’t want to drive you can also take London Water Taxis which are licensed by the Maritime Coastguard Agency. If you are taking the London water taxi you will be getting off at London Bridge City PIER. These water taxis can be a great way to get around and the slow gentle pace allows you to take photos and take in all the sights.
