In a saucepan add apple juice concentrated, pumpkin pie spice and orange zest
Boil the three ingredients and simmer. After 10 minutes remove the saucepan from the stove and pour it in a large bowl.
Add Chablis Wine in the prepared material and place it in fridge overnight.
Meanwhile take a ring shaped mold and place maraschino cherries, orange slices and pineapple chunks. Add moderate amount of water in the mold so that the fruits can easily be held together.
When you plan to serve your punch place the frozen fruit ring in a bowl and pour the mixture of concentrated apple juice and wine, but before you pour the chilled liquid strain it from a coffee filter.
