Instructions

  • 1

Wash and cleanse your face completely before beginning any facial treatment. Use a gentler cleanser because you have to use a facial scrub afterwards and using a harsh cleanser might cause skin irritation. Dry your face with a clean towel.

  • 2

Take a one table spoon of sugar and three table spoons of honey in a mixing bowl. You can use a spoon or plastic spatula to thoroughly mix the contents together and form a thick paste of the ingredients. You can increase the quantity of your facial scrub by adding the ingredients with the same 1:3 ratio.

  • 3

Apply the scrub to your face gently to avoid over exfoliating your skin. Gently massage the scrub on your face with your fingers. Don’t leave any part of your face, including your neck and area under the chin. Move your fingers in clock-wise direction and don’t apply too much pressure, as the sugar particles in the scrub might cause skin irritation if you massage roughly. Massage the scrub for five to ten minutes.

When the facial scrub dries on your face, get your hands wet with warm water and gently start to rub the scrub into your skin. Massage for one minute and then rinse your face with warm water.
