After the sender’s information the date is mentioned with the format dd/mm/yyyy and then the receiver’s information is mentioned. The receiver’s information includes the receiver’s name, receiver’s address and receiver’s phone number. Next the recipient is addressed using a suitable salutation and then the main body of the letter begins. The main body of the letter includes all the relevant information regarding the job offer. Finally the letter is closed with ‘Sincerely’ which is then followed by the signatures of the sender and his/her name.
