    a) Staying for a period of up to 6 months


    For British citizens Barbados tourist visa is not required for a stay in Barbados of up to 6 months. However, anybody traveling to Barbados must have a valid passport and a valid return ticket.


    b)Staying for more than 6 months


    However, if you are not currently residing in the UK or are planning to stay for a period of over 6 months then you may contact the high commissioner office.

    If you are a citizen of a nation other than United Kingdom them you may contact the High commissioner at the above address because you will need to apply for a visa.

    Visa requirements


    If you are required to obtain a visa then the following documents may be required when applying for the visa at high commissioner office / the embassy in London. Make sure you have originals of all documents.


    a) A valid passport with blank pages.
    b) Two Passport size photographs.
    c)Postal order to apply for visa fee.
    d) Any other document required by the Barbadian high commissioner.

    Collection of visa


    After applying you should visit the high commissioner office to pick up your passport once visa processing is done the by the high commissioner office.

    Time of issuing: The normal service may not take more than 1working day. However, it may take up to 4 weeks if referred.


    Visa Fees: For normal service, it takes £30. But you may contact the high commissioner / embassy to confirm the updated fee.
