Prepare the Cocktail Glass
Place some powdered caster sugar in a large saucer. Cut a lime into two slices and rub one of its all around the rim of your cocktail glass until wet well. Dip the wet rim of the glass into the sugar and then set it in your refrigerator to chill well. Keep the other lime slice for later use.
Mix the Liquors
Now fill your cocktail shaker half-full of some ice cubes or crushed ice. Pour 1.25 oz of Vodka, 0.25 oz of coconut rum, 0.5 oz of pineapple juice and 0.25 oz of fresh orange juice. Stick down the cocktail shaker’s lid properly and shake it energetically for 15 seconds.
Pour the Cocktail into a Glass
Take out the rimmed glass from the refrigerator and carefully pour the Beachcomber Cocktail into it.
Add in Lime Slice
Let the left behind fresh lime slice float on the top of the cocktail and garnish it with a maraschino cherry – if you like.
Your Beachcomber Cocktail is all set to go; place an umbrella straw in it and serve chill. Enjoy!
