Take a Shower
First of all, take a shower with lightly warm or lukewarm water and rinse off all the soapy residues, standing under the shower for few minutes.
Increase Temperature of the Shower
Now move your shower’s head away from your body and set its temperature to a hotter level where steam will be produced.
Develop Vapour Clouds
Turn the warm water back on and let a good amount of steam develop in your bath room. It will open up all the pores of your skin.
Apply Baby Oil
Squeeze a quantity of baby oil into your palm and apply it to your body. Now use both of your hands to massage the oil all over your body in a circular motion. Continue massaging until the oil thoroughly penetrates your skin.
Close the Skin Pores
It is the time to close the opened skin pores. Set the shower’s temperature to a low range and rinse off your whole body with cool steam of water for few minutes. This simple activity closes the pores fantastically, locking the baby oil inside.
Put in More Moisturizer
Turn your shower off and carefully step out of your shower and stand on your bathroom mat. Before drying out your body, apply a good amount of quality moisturizer to your body, from neck to feet. Massage it for about five minutes or until it absorbs into your skin.
