    Facilities & Services

    After a company is declared bankrupt, the Insolvency Service Investigates the reasons as to why a company went bankrupt.  It acts as a trustee if no practitioner is appointed and probes to check wether a director has misconducted or not. It also gives banking and investment services for bankruptcy and liquidation estate funds. If an employer goes insolvent then it also helps the employees getting redundancy payments.

    The operating hours of the Insolvency Service start early in the morning at 8:00 and the rapping up time for the office is 17:00. The working days are from Monday to Friday.
