Being an employee at any organisation, you have to follow certain procedures for getting laves from work. In most cases, you have to write an email to your immediate supervisor and request him/her for approving your leave request.
You have to mention your true purpose of writing the email in the opening paragraph straight away. Inform the recipient that you will not be able to come to work on the particular days and you want days off.
In the next paragraph, tell the recipient the actual reason of your absence from work. Your reason must be valid for your request to be approved. Provide all the necessary details of your leave and also come up with any backup plans needed in your absence.
Conclude the last paragraph of your email by mentioning the date of your return and again requesting your supervisor to approve your leaves.
