How to Compose & Send Email from Gmail

Sending an email from Gmail email account is interesting, fun, and very easy task.     Open Gmail Mail website.

    Now, enter your username and password to log into your Gmail login page. Once you logged in to you Gmail email account, you will arrive at Gmail home screen.

    Click “Compose” on the top left side of the page, just under the Gmail’s logo.

    Now enter the email address of the specific person to whom you want to send the email.

    You will find the “Cc” and “Bcc” tabs just below the “To” link. The “Cc” stands for Carbon Copy and you can use this field if you want to add the email address of a person to whom you want to send a copy of your original email. This feature is mostly used in business, educational institutions, and different offices. Now, the Bcc stands for Blind Carbon Copy, which is actually a copy of the email sent to a specific receiver and whose email address does not appear in the email message. It is not necessary to fill the “Cc” and “Bcc” options if not requires. Otherwise, you can leave them blank.

    Below the Cc and Bcc,  is the “Subject”  tab. It is better that you subject must not exceed one line. In addition to that, it should be a simple one line crux that what the message is about.

    If you want to attach any file to your email message, just click “Attach File” right below the “Subject.”

    Press tab and move to the text and move to the big box below the “Attach File” option. Here you can type as much as you want. You will find the "Attach" tab in the top-right corner of the screen to attach any wp-content/uploads. However, it is optional.

    Your Gmail email message is all set to send. Hit the "Send" tab in the top-right corner of the screen. Once you click it, you will be taken to a new window, notifying you that your email has been successfully sent.
