    Access the graphic software to create a new layer to develop your special Valentine’s Day card. You will have to click on the file menu and choose ‘New’. The program will ask about the dimensions of the background layer that you want to create. Set the height to four inches and width to six inches.

    Add the image that you want to use for your card. For that purpose, you need to click on ‘File’ once again and select ‘Open’ from the list. A new window will appear, asking you about the location of the file. Click on browse and locate the image file that you want to use. Click “Open” and the image will open in the graphic program.

For that purpose, click on ‘Preset Shape’ and look for ‘Frames and Borders’. Select the border of your choice and apply it on your card.

    Add text to your card by selecting the text box. You can also change the size and font of the text. Look for appropriate place to write and create the text box. Write something of your own choice.

    Open your email sending application and add the card as an attachment. For that purpose, click on ‘Add Attachment’ and locate the file on your hard drive. Click ‘OK’ and wait for the card to be uploaded. Add recipient’s name, subject of the email and body, and click on ‘Send’.
