In fact, it is one of the harder things to do out there.

Once you get the job though, you might start to realize that every now and then, things get a little annoying, and you just want to take a day off, in order to regain your mental healthy stamina. Now this isn’t always easy to do, since you need to tell the office just why you can’t come in to work.

Now if you make a bad excuse you will be asked to come in, this is why you need to make the best possible excuse that you can think of.

Now the first thing that you need to do before you think about taking a day off from work, is to think your decision through. You need to make sure that you really want to take the day off, and that there are just no other alternatives.

This is important, since you don't want to end up taking a day off for something that could be avoided in the first place.

So remember to think your decision through before you do anything radical.

Now once you have gone on to figure out if you want to take the day off, it is time for you to go on and contact the office's HR department. This is going to make you get your message across. Now if you are going to say you are sick, you should text or email them, since you might not be able to fake your voice.

However, if you are going to be putting in any other excuse, you can opt to call, since your voice would not be impacted by whatever it is that you decide to say.

The last thing that you need to do, is to remember to mix up your excuses. Never use the same excuse twice and don't use similar excuses twice in a row. Also keep all your excuses in mind, since you don't want to end up getting busted later on.
