    Use Heavy Weights

The first thing that you need to do is max out the weights that you are going to use. Use the heaviest possible weights that you feel comfortable lifting and then slowly keep increasing the amount of weight that you are using.

This is going to go on and help you build the mass that you require.

Do more sets with light weights

Once you achieve the desired mass that you wished to have, you need to start to rip it up and get the definition out on those muscles.

In order to do this, you need to go on and do a lot more sets, and a lot more reps. This will tone down your muscles, give them definition and will make them pop out.

This is no easy task, and you may have to do this for a very long time before you actually go on and see any results.

The next step to complete your path to building lean mass is to do some cardio. You are going to need to do this in regular intervals.

However, one thing that you need to look out for, is that you can’t over train yourself during your cardio sessions.

Over training yourself will go on and rip your muscles, but doing it too much can end up sacrificing the mass that you took so long to develop.

At the same time, don’t do your cardio training like a marathon, pace yourself and do it with a decent amount of breaks in between.
