Interview Email From Employer

When it comes to employing someone, it is important that communication between the organisation and the potential employee should be crystal clear. Any ambiguities in communication can result in confusion leading to delays in the recruitment process.

The email for calling candidates for job interviews is an important part of the process and all the necessary details must be provided to the candidates beforehand. You will want to make sure that all the proper information is conveyed clearly so that the candidate will know when and where to go for the interview.

Start the email by congratulating the short listed candidate on being able to make it this far in the process and appreciate their abilities.

In the next paragraph, let them know about the details of the time, date and venue of the interview. Make a mention of any documents that may be needed when the candidate arrives for the interview.

Conclude the email by wishing the candidate the best of luck for the interview.
