A letter of dismissal is given to a employee when his services are no longer required in the company. The termination of employment mostly occurs due to disciplinary reasons. The language used in the letter should be precise, polite and concise, explaining the reason for the termination of employment. This sort of letter should include the timeline for the notice period, and all the relevant standard operating procedures regarding the action.
